What She Said

Ever wonder why really good teachers leave the classroom?

Powerful stuff. What a loss for the school and the students! I too have been disappointed and disheartened about the direction that education has taken, but I HAVE to believe that this mad pendulum will start to swing back to a more sane and effective form of teaching. When I get to the point where I can no longer hold out that hope, then it will be me submitting my resignation. I doubt that I will be as eloquent and heartfelt as you. God bless and good luck-I've never met you but I already miss you.

That was a ridiculous bunch of whining. While there are indeed points to be made about the state of education, this teacher detracted from that with her personal whining about her administrators.
