Eat My Veggies? No Thanks, I'll Just Blog!

Years ago, you had to eat vegetables in order to have good health. These days, blogging is known to be good for your health. Yes folks, its official. According to this article, people who blog are happier and more satisfied with their relationships both online and off and felt they had better support and friendship networks. Well, there you go folks. Now, I'm going to be blogging like crazy here because I'm hoping to be losing a few pounds while I'm at it.

I know, I'm feeling healthier already. I got my new blogging suit, I went out for a brisk blog and kept my heart rate at a reasonable rate. Hey, this stuff ain't half bad!
