Google Browser Sync

If you're like me, you use multiple computers depending on where you are. I have a home desktop, two work desktops and a laptop. Everytime I access the Internet I'm frustrated to find that the latest bookmark I added, isn't there because I'm now on a different machine! I've found something that fixes this problem. Google Browser Sync for Firefox is an extension that continuously synchronizes your browser settings – including bookmarks, history, persistent cookies, and saved passwords – across your computers. It also allows you to restore open tabs and windows across different machines and browser sessions.

I first installed this on my laptop and then on my home computer. As soon as I completed the set-up at home, I was able to access not only all my bookmarks, but also my laptop surfing history from my desktop. How cool? The best part is it works behind the scenes so I don't have to remember to sync.

Life is getting more manageable, one application at a time!

You are geeky & I love it!
Hope you get a break before school.
Dead in the middle of teaching new teachers. Showed about 45 a preview of Discovery yesterday- their mouths dropped open. I bet they all logged in last night for more. I am making my new 26 become Discovery Educators as part of their certification. They all created a Google Webpage this week too. Will send you some of the better links next week.
