Finding pal, MarkB, online is such a treat. He's always chock full of great educational/integration information and he's got such a great down-to-earth personality and sense of humor that I always feel so smart after I interact with him. I wonder if he knows he has that effect on people. Anyway, I was checking out the Podcasts in iTunes and I was actually listening to one from this year's NECC when he popped online. To make a long story short, after a brief chat exchange I now see how to publish my own Podcast from my cellphone, whereever I may be. It's that easy! He also shared a link to an elementary school that has made terrific use of Podcasting:
Now I can create a Podcast of my own, but who will listen? I have a hard enough time getting the people in my life to listen to me when they are in the same room with me. Perhaps in this multi-tasking society, I'll be able to finally get through to my kids. They can download my Podcast onto their iPods and listen to me nag them about cleaning their rooms while they go about their daily business. Yeah, that'll work!
